Workshop Calendar

Note: It’s true, the photography workshop schedule in 2011 is reduced to almost 3/4 of the amount of the previous 12 years. The exhaustive travel schedule along with those impacted by the economy has opened up a new knowledge tool in photography, LensDiaries.com, the virtual community, photoblog and online workshops. In the past 12 years thousands of photographers at almost 500 workshops, seminars and lectures (with less than a 2% cancellation/reschedule rate) benefited and now it’s time to spread the gospel of photography to hundreds of thousands via modern technology.

I thank those that supported the workshops over the years and for the remaining workshops in 2010, we hope to see you there. 2011 is a limited schedule to the Virgin Islands (2), Moab (1), San Antonio (2), Los Angeles (1), Las Vegas (1), Rockville (1), Atlanta (1), Phoenix (1), Seattle (1), New Jersey/New York (1) and Southern Florida (1). Amount of workshops at each location in ( ), the 35-40 workshops per year schedule is gone and will continue to reduce each year. Expected workshops in 2012, approximately five.

This is where you’ll find the latest glamour photography workshops by Rolando. Special guest appearances, many unannounced are not uncommon. Past guests include Arny Freytag, Harrison Funk, Eli Reed, Jerry Avenaim, Robert Farber and many others over the past ten years—you just never know who is going to drop on by.

Rolando’s workshops have made two magazine covers, Rangefider (9/06) and the European magazine D-Pixx (3/07) plus other credits include Shutterbug, Studio Photography, Leica World News (feature story), Digital Imaging, La Prensa, PhotoInsider, PhotoMedia,Photo District News and European magazines Zoom NL, Photographie, PROFIFTOTO, fotoMAGAZIN, FOTO-VIDEO DIGITAAL,Camera Magazine, and numerous other publications.

This is the only workshop series to land two magazine covers, two book covers and mentions in eight books! Rolando is the only glamour photography workshop instructor with a 3-country, 7-city tour for Calumet Photographic and California Sunbounce in Europe!
