Our cancellation policy:
For almost eleven years of conducting workshops, we’ve experienced issues that have caused cancellations on both sides of the workshop venues. Normally we don’t cancel workshops, but if we do, we either credit you to another workshop or issue a full refund.
On the other side, if you have to cancel a workshop, please keep in mind, we have to pay for models travel, lodging, food, etc., along with any assistants, make-up artists, coordinators, property fees, etc. We have to have a policy in place that will protect all the other attendees and talent and hope you can understand why we have limits on how much we can refund—we make a few rare exceptions such as family emergencies, deaths, medical concerns, etc., but on a case by case basis provided proof is obtainable.
If you book a workshop and later decide to cancel, we offer credits to future events as outlined below. If you can find a substitute person to replace you, we will allow that, provided they are over 18-years of age–we will also do our best to help you with that in our marketing emails, but ultimately, that is your responsibility.
All that considered, here is our workshop cancellation policy for paid attendees:
1. Cancellations 91-plus days, prior to the event, a full credit toward a future workshop is provided. For our exotic workshops, or workshops three or more days in duration, the credit amount is 75% of the actual price unless you can provide us a replacement attendee. Should your circumstances warrant a refund instead, we will only refund 75% of the your fee, we also have final say on what warrants a refund verses a credit.
2. If you cancel within 61-90-days of the event, 75% of the workshop fee is credited toward a future workshop. For our exotic workshops, or workshops three or more days in duration, the credit amount is 50% of the actual price unless you can provide us a replacement attendee. Should your circumstances warrant a refund instead, we will only refund 50% of the your fee, we also have final say on what warrants a refund verses a credit.
3. If you cancel within 31-60 days of the event, 50% of the workshop fee is credited toward a future event, unless you can find a suitable replacement. For our exotic workshops, or workshops three or more days in duration, the credit amount is 25% of the actual price unless you can provide us a replacement attendee. Should your circumstances warrant a refund instead, we will only refund 25% of the your fee, we also have final say on what warrants a refund verses a credit.
4. If you cancel within 30-days or less of the event, there is no refund or credits allowed, you forfeit your attendance fee. If your workshop was a one or two-day workshop, we will provide a 50% credit toward any other workshop. For exotic workshops or workshops three or more days in duration, there is no refund or credits allowed.
We do our best to work with our customers, but please understand, we have to make location deposits, airline tickets, reservations, etc., and we cannot operate on a full or partial refund policy without some restrictions. We do our part to bring you a workshop and it’s your responsibility to do your part once booked.
